Amazing service! I came in with a damaged tire, and this guy took care of everything right away. He was super quick, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed the issue, replaced what needed to be replaced, and got me back on the road in no time. Great customer service and very reliable. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs tire service. Thank you!

Firestone in Redmond provided a great experience and were very clear on what actions they took to service my vehicle. With their clear actions, they are also very clear on pricing and the total cost of service. If you are looking for a good place to get your car serviced in a timely fashion, go to Firestone in Redmond! P.S. They had to reschedule me to another day due to having a later-in-the-day appointment (they got backed up) and were very helpful on making this an pleasant experience.

This weekend I was getting an error message that the tire pressure was low in one of my tires. A neighbor helped me check all the tire pressures and refill them. The next day I had to drive home which was about 60 miles away. By the time I got home early Monday morning it was obvious that one of my tires was becoming flat. I called the Redmond Firestone at 6:50 AM and not only did they answer the phone but he told me to come right over and they would try to give it a quick look. I drove over and the service manager was waiting outside for me and had me drive around back to the air pump. In about a minute he quickly spotted the nail in my tire, pumped the tire back up and found time in their busy Monday schedule when I could come back for a repair. I came back at noon and they were able to repair it while I waited. Best of all there was NO CHARGE! My tires were still under a warrantee there. Fixing a nail in a tire may not seem like a big deal but I had a crazy week of errands and work and was so grateful. Such amazing customer service from answering the phone, having me come right in and fixing the problem! I have had other work there done as well as purchased tires there and hav

I took my truck in for a brake check. My truck had been stored for a long time. The boys at Firestone found a lot of issues that needed immediate attention for safety reasons Sky was my mechanic and he was excellent in diagnosing the various issues. He also gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day when all the work was done I highly recommend Firestone in Redmond for all vehicle repairs. They bend over backwards for their customers. All the managers down there are great!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service & Honest Team I had an outstanding experience at Firestone in Redmond. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping me find the best solution for my car. They took the time to explain the work needed in clear terms—no upselling, no pressure, just honest advice. The technicians were professional and efficient, and they kept me updated throughout the process. My car was ready on time, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. You can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find an auto shop where you feel completely confident that your vehicle is in good hands. Firestone Redmond has earned my trust, and I’ll be coming back here for all my future maintenance and repair needs. Highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for reliable, honest, and skilled service.
